A detached stone built cottage adjoining the old village forge. Situated in the centre of the hamlet of St Nicholas, with lovely countryside views all around, many walks can be enjoyed from the cottage.
St Nicholas is one mile from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the closest beaches of Aberbach and Abermawr. Fishguard is only 5 miles away, a small coastal town, with quality shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, and the ferry port for Rosslare, Southern Ireland. St Davids with its wonderful cathedral, Bishop’s Palace and the beach at Whitesands, is approximately 13 miles away.
Enclosed in its own garden, this quaint cottage offers comfortable accommodation. Originally two up two down, on the ground floor you will find a living room with three piece suite and TV/DVD. Through the hallway, the dining room looks out onto the front garden, from here shallow steps lead to the fitted kitchen, equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. A utility cupboard houses a washing machine. The bathroom provides basin, bath with power shower over bath and wc. The first floor accessed by stairs from the hall leads to two bedrooms with pine furniture, one twin and one with kingsize bed. Ceilings are just six foot high in the bedrooms, both have views towards the coast. Storage Heaters are provided throughout.
