<p>Ty Ganol is an eco friendly barn conversion restored to a high standard using local materials and ground source heat pump providing underfloor heating throughout the property making it an ideal place for winter or summer holidays. The water supply is from a natural spring and is pumped into the property.  The property shares its enviable position with two other properties on a former farm. It is approximately two miles from St Davids and Whitesand beach which can be seen in the distance.</p>
<p>On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and wc. There is a large open plan kitchen with range cooker, Belfast sink, washing machine and fridge.  All timber work and worktops are solid oak. From the kitchen are stairs leading up to an extensive open plan mezzanine comfortably furnished with TV and a double futon. The views are stunning across the countryside towards the coast and the sunsets can be wonderful.  To the back of the property is a large secluded garden area with garden furniture.</p>

<p>A quality character barn conversion with many exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. On the ground floor there is a Sitting/Dining room with stripped polished timber flooring, exposed stone wall and open tread staircase, TV and video. Comfortably furnished. The Kitchen/Breakfast room has a quarry stone floor exposed beams and timber clad ceilings. It is fully fitted with cooker, microwave, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs. The bathroom has a slate flagged floor, bath with hand shower attachment and shower curtain, hand basin and w.c. The first floor consists of one double and one twin bedroom, both with vaulted ceilings. The double room was originally a hay loft and a door leads to external stone steps down to the garden.</p>

<p>This property is in an idylic setting with stunning views, a tiny stream tumbles down from Dinas Head along side the garden and there is direct access onto the beach. There is parking and moorings for a small boat. Choughs and many seabirds nest along the cliffs. Cwm y Eglwys is a small hamlet of mainly fishermen&#8217;s cottages clustered aroung the ruins of the 12th century church of St Brynach. It is situated one mile for the village of Dinas, with eating places and small shops and garage. Fishguard is just 4 miles to the south and Newport 3 miles to the north. Other attractions in the area include the Preseli Mountains, the Celtic village of Nevern, and the Iron Age Fort at Castell Henllys. Newport Estuary and the long sandy beach are popular with bird watchers and provide easy walking.</p>
<p>The property has been completely renovated recently. The accommodation is all on one floor. The kitchen/dining and lounge area is open plan with the entrance from the garden. The double bedroom is at the rear of the property with an ensuite shower room. The kitchen area has fridge, dishwasher, hob and microwave/oven with plenty of cupboards and dining table and chairs. There is a comfortable sofa and a TV/DVD and radio cassette player.</p>

It is extremely popular with the activities of coasteering and surfing. It is convenient for the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and beaches which are just a few minutes walk across the fields or by road. Boat trips to the islands of Ramsey, Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm are of particular interest to bird watchers. The city of St Davids is only 7 miles away with a variety of places to eat and places to visit including the Cathedral and Bishop&#8217;s Palace.There are many activities to be found around the area. Why not take an evening stroll along the coast path to Porthgain and enjoy refreshments at the popular Sloop Inn.</p>
<p>Ty Martin provides peace and quiet without being isolated. There is a small garden and dogs are welcome although the garden is not dog proof. The accommodation for up to four people includes a living room with high beamed ceiling, comfortable furniture TV/DVD and radio. The small kitchen leads off the living room and has a dining table, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and the two upstairs rooms have single beds. The bathroom with bath, shower over, w.c. and washbasin is on the ground floor. Heating. cooking and hot water are by electricity Economy 7. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring<strong> bed linen and towels</strong>. This cosy cottage has a wealth of character.</p>

The owners, who live next door, have created a wonderful conservation area within the grounds with a landscaped area with lake. There is also a sunny small secluded garden with a hot tub, BBQ, dining table and 4 whicker chairs and sun loungers. The coast path of North Pembrokeshire, its delightful beaches and Strumble Head peninsula, which is a superb vantage point for bird watching, seals and porpoises is just a short drive away.</p>
<p>Entrance via a few steps to the porch and through to the spacious dining room which has tiled floor and a low six foot beamed ceiling. There is a large dining table with high backed chairs. The lounge area has a large inglenook fireplace with gas fired coal effect stove. Leather sofa and chairs make this a very cosy, comfortable area to relax. TV, video/DVD, stereo CD/radio. A step leads you into the kitchen, which has a tiled floor, period dresser and a range of fully fitted shaker style units. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and breakfast table and chairs. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 1 has a thickly carpeted floor, king sized bed and matching pine furniture. The en-suite shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with co-ordinating furniture and thick carpet. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Downstairs bathroom is complete with a Portland steam shower and whirlpool bath.Pretty cotton bed linen is provided for the beds which both have duvets. There is full oil fired central heating throughout the cottage. The cottage has been tastefully furnished throughout.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This spacious farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of St Nicholas on a working farm. It is close to the coastal path, Aberbach and Abermawr beaches. The local shuttle buses stop at the entrance to the farm and run frequently along the coast and into Fishguard, which is approximately 5 miles away. The farmhouse which dates back to the 14th century and was reputedly commandeered by the French during the last Invasion of Britain in 1797. The tapestry depicting this event can be seen at the library in Fishguard and the signing of the treaty was in the Royal Oak on the square. Whitesands Beach close to St Davids and the beach at Newport with its golf course and the Preseli HIlls are only half hour&#8217;s drive away.  Public footpaths cross over the farmland and give stunning views of the countryside and coast. There is also a lake behind a small walled garden to the rear of the house. There is a grassed area with garden furniture and plenty of space for children to play. Ample parking for several vehicles.</p>
<p>ACCOMMODATION consists of Entrance hall leading to the dining room with two lounges one either side of the hallway both with open fires. There is a TV/DVD player in one of the lounges and a piano in the hallway. There is a traditional `back kitchen&#8217; with a basic range of cupboards, electric cooker with hob and another separate hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The back door opens into a lobby which then give access into the side garden (Please note the owner uses an office during the day which is off the lobby).  The dining room is very spacious with two tables, a microwave and tumble dryer, various cupboards and shelfs. It also has a large inglenook fireplace with large wood burner, a complimentary basket of logs will be provided. Further supplies of logs can be purchased from the owner who lives in an annexe adjoining the house. He can give you information regarding the area for walks etc and will show you the livestock on the farm if you wish. FIRST FLOOR: 2 large double bedrooms, one twin and the smallest with bunk beds. There is a large bathroom off one of the double bedrooms with bath, shower over, sink, wc and bidet. From the landing there is a second bathroom with bath, wc and hand basin. There is a back staircase with stairgate. Cot and highchair are available. This property is ideal for two families to share. Oil fired central heating throughout. Sorry no pets as it is a working farm.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Old Stable, is a recently converted stable that has charm and character.It shares the same location as The Loft and Preseli Hills Cottage.  All 3 properties have been awarded 5 stars from the Welsh Tourist Board. They are situated on a former farm down a remote lane on the Preseli Hills which is in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The Preseli Hills is an area of outstanding beauty with wooded valleys and streams, rivers and waterfalls giving way to moorland with wild ponies and other wildlife. For walkers and bird watchers this area is of particular interest. The owners who live in the adjacent farmhouse,are happy to give further information about walks in the area should you require it.</p>
<p>For the more energetic walkers, a climb to the summit of Carningli (Angel Mountain) for fantastic views is well worth the effort. The avid reader may wish to read the interesting books by Brian John which combine historical fact with fiction from the area, the first of which is &#8216;On Angel Mountain&#8217;. Why not call in the Dyffryn Arms at Cwm Gwaun (known locally as Bessie&#8217;s) for a little refreshment or visit Penlan Uchaf Gardens &#8211; just a couple of interesting places to visit. Whilst in a central position for Haverfordwest and Cardigan towns it is also only approximately 6miles from the beautiful beach at Newport and the coastal footpath revealing hidden coves and spectacular views. It is a wonderful part of Pembrokeshire for exploring. The Accommodation consists of :- ALL ON GROUND FLOOR : Double bedroom with en-suite toilet &amp; basin. One twin bedroom. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Loft shares the same location as The Old Stable and Preseli Hills Cottage. All of these properties have been tastefully renovated and refurbished to a high standard and have been awarded 5 stars from the Welsh Tourist Board.  It is a one bedroom apartment converted from an old stone farm building and is above The Old Stable. It is situated in the Gwaun Valley in the Preseli Hills, ideal for walkers and bird watchers or people who just enjoy the peace in a stunning location.</p>
<p>The Preseli Hills is an area of outstanding beauty with wooded valleys, streams, waterfalls annd giving way to moorland with wild ponies and other wildlife. Fishguard is approx 5 miles away with plenty of restaurants, galleries and has a wealth of history including the famous tapestry depicting the Last Invasion of Britain in 1797 situated in the Library and enjoy a meal in The Royal Oak where the treaty was signed. The ferry to Rosslare leaves from the Port in Goodwick. ACCOMMODATION: The entrance to the property is via steps leading up to the front door. 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, wc and washbasin. It has open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen area is fully equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and plenty of cupboards. The lounge area has comfortable furniture, freeview TV and DVD player. There is an area outside for the sole use of guests with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue.</p>

<p>Ground floor: From the hallway there is a cloakroom with wc and handbasin. The kitchen has solid pine units with gas hob and electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher and a utility room leading from the kitchen with a washing machine and fridgefreezer. French doors lead into the sun room and out onto a patio area beside the stream. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the stream it is unsuitable for small children. The spacious dining area and lounge have comfortable furniture with electric fire and TV/Video/DVD. From the lounge is a conservatory which leads to another patio area and into the large garden. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. There is also a family sized bathroom with power shower over the bath and wc and washbasin. The first floor has two good sized twin rooms with velux windows and shower room with wc and handbasin.</p>
