Ground floor: From the hallway there is a cloakroom with wc and handbasin. The kitchen has solid pine units with oil-fired Stanley cooker, gas hob and electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and a utility room leading from the kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. French doors lead into the sun room and out onto a patio area beside the stream. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the stream it is unsuitable for small children. The spacious dining area and lounge have comfortable furniture with electric fire and TV/Video/DVD. From the lounge is a conservatory which leads to another patio area and into the large garden. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with a ensuite wc and handbasin. There is also a family sized bathroom with power shower over the bath and wc and washbasin. The first floor has two good sized twin rooms with velux windows and shower room with wc and handbasin.
