Picturesque Lower Fishguard harbour is a five minute walk from the cottage where small boats can be launched from the beach or public slipways. Children enjoy feeding the ducks or fishing for crabs off the quay.The Marine Walk, part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, with spectacular cliff and sea views is also close to the cottage. The Preseli Hills and sandy beaches at Pwllgwaelod, Cwm yr Eglwys and Newport are just a short drive away.

This cosy semi-detached 200 year old cottage with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and rugs, has been carefully restored to retain its charm and character. At the front is a sheltered level lawn. There is a patio outside the back door with garden furniture, and a sloping rear garden. The cottage is not overlooked and views are of the tree-lined valley. GROUND FLOOR - open plan Kitchen/Dining area/Sitting Room. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave oven, electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Pine table and chairs, comfortable lounge furniture. CD/casette/radio, colour TV/DVD/Video. A carpeted open staircase leads to - FIRST FLOOR - Bedroom 1 has views down the valley and is tastefully furnished with pine furniture, double bed and local prints. Bedroom 2 also has valley views and 3 ft solid pine bunk beds with deep comfortable mattresses, suitable for adults. Bathroom: bath with shower handset, handbasin and WC. Heating: Woodburning stove and gas-fired central heating. Gas and electricity are charged according to use. Complimentary basket of logs for winter bookings. Parking: ample parking for 2 cars.
