It is a one bedroom apartment converted from an old stone farm building and is above The Old Stable. It is situated in the Gwaun Valley in the Preseli Hills, ideal for walkers and bird watchers or people who just enjoy the peace in a stunning location.

The Preseli Hills is an area of outstanding beauty with wooded valleys, streams, waterfalls annd giving way to moorland with wild ponies and other wildlife. Fishguard is approx 5 miles away with plenty of restaurants, galleries and has a wealth of history including the famous tapestry depicting the Last Invasion of Britain in 1797 situated in the Library and enjoy a meal in The Royal Oak where the treaty was signed. The ferry to Rosslare leaves from the Port in Goodwick. ACCOMMODATION: The entrance to the property is via steps leading up to the front door. 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, wc and washbasin. It has open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen area is fully equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and plenty of cupboards. The lounge area has comfortable furniture, freeview TV and DVD player. There is an area outside for the sole use of guests with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue.
