Ty Ganol
Ty Ganol is an eco friendly barn conversion restored to a high standard using local materials and ground source heat pump providing underfloor heating throughout the property making it an ideal place for winter or summer holidays. The water supply is from a natural spring and is pumped into the property. The property shares its enviable position with two other properties on a former farm. It is approximately two miles from St Davids and Whitesand beach which can be seen in the distance.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath, washbasin and wc. There is a large open plan kitchen with range cooker, Belfast sink, washing machine and fridge. All timber work and worktops are solid oak. From the kitchen are stairs leading up to an extensive open plan mezzanine comfortably furnished with TV and a double futon. The views are stunning across the countryside towards the coast and the sunsets can be wonderful. To the back of the property is a large secluded garden area with garden furniture.

Y Bwthyn
Y Bwthyn, together with Cnwc y Bran and Garnllys Farmhouse, shares a prominent hillside position nestled in 126 acres of pasture and moorland. The location is half a mile from the village of St Nicholas, approximately 5 miles from Fishguard and 12 miles from St Davids.
This cottage has a large comfortable living room with a dining area and a stone fireplace, TV and DVD. The separate kitchen is well equipped. There is a large bedroom with king size bed downstairs and an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms with a second bathroom. Outside there is a garden and picnic area, just the place to enjoy the panoramic views over Fishguard Bay and the Preseli Hills. The cottage is warm and comfortable with night storage heating, backed up by convector and oil filled radiators making it an ideal retreat at any time of the year.

Swn-y-Don
A very spacious property situated in 1.3 acres of mature gardens and bordered by a fast flowing stream with small waterfalls close to Tregwynt Woollen Mill and only 1/2 mile walk to Aberbach and Abermawr beaches and the coast path. It is in a wonderful location for wild life and birds especially with the stream and trees.
Ground floor: From the hallway there is a cloakroom with wc and handbasin. The kitchen has solid pine units with gas hob and electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher and a utility room leading from the kitchen with a washing machine and fridgefreezer. French doors lead into the sun room and out onto a patio area beside the stream. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the stream it is unsuitable for small children. The spacious dining area and lounge have comfortable furniture with electric fire and TV/Video/DVD. From the lounge is a conservatory which leads to another patio area and into the large garden. On the ground floor is a double bedroom. There is also a family sized bathroom with power shower over the bath and wc and washbasin. The first floor has two good sized twin rooms with velux windows and shower room with wc and handbasin.

Garn Barcud, Aberbach
Garn Barcud, the name meaning Kite’s Cairn, was originally a traditional Pembrokeshire farm workers cottage. The whitewashed cottage with new Welsh slate roof, nestles under the hillside with exterior views towards Aberbach and out to sea.
The passing bridle path leads to Aberbach cottage “and onwards to Aberbach beach and subsequently the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Families often book both cottages as they are ideally located for `get-togethers’. Explore the delightful garden tucked behind the cottage, or just relax on the terraced lawn. The valley is a wealth of flora, birds and wildlife.
The Ground Floor of this traditional cottage has been opened out to provide a spacious living area with quarry tiles and under floor electric heating. Lounge furniture, Welsh dresser and wood burning stove. Radio/cassette but no TV. The kitchen area is equipped with electric cooker, fridge and microwave oven, dining table and chairs. A freezer,tumble dryer and washing machine are stored in a utility area off the kitchen. There is also a shower. wc & handbasin in this area, ideal for showering after spending time on the beach! The ground floor bathroom with its limestone floor hosts a basin, bath and w.c. The slate floored hallway has a solid loft ladder leading to the garden room with twin beds and doors opening on to the terraced lawn. A second solid stairway leads to a twin bedroom with adjoining door to the third twin room. All bedrooms are within the eves of this delightful cottage.

Felin Fawr, Abermawr
Set in the tranquil valley, sheltered from prevailing winds, explore the 7 acres of lawns, woodland, water meadow and small river leading to Aberbach beach- just 5 minutes walk through the garden shared with the owners who live in the Mill House adjacent to the cottage. There is direct access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path from the beach with a local shuttle bus returning you to the valley, ideal for hikers.
With its original features, pine furniture and slate floors, Felin Fawr is a very welcoming cottage suitable for a holiday at any time of year. The ground floor offers a fully fitted kitchen/diner with Stanley stove. Utility room with microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Shower Room with basin and w.c. Comfortable living room with two settees, TV and video, where French doors lead you to a patio and private lawn overlooking the stream. The ground floor double bedroom looks towards the orchard and the courtyard. An open plan staircase leads to the 1st floor where you will find a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with twin beds. Well–behaved pets welcome. The garden is not fenced off from the grounds as a whole but there is a running leash for owners who wish to leave a dog outside but restrained. The owners have a cat.

Cnwc y Bran, a barn conversion with its own garden, shares the same location as Garnllys Farmhouse and Y Bwthyn half a mile from the village of St Nicholas which is approximately 5 miles from Fishguard and 12 miles from St Davids. It has its own garden, with picnic table and fine views of Fishguard Bay and the Preseli Hills. There are 26 acres of moorland and pasture for you to explore.
It has a comfortable lounge with a stone fireplace, TV/DVD and windows on three sides making the most of the extensive views, a central dining area with modern well equipped kitchen, There is a double bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom and upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms under the eaves and a second bathroom. Caerau Isaf, Trefin
Situated in a quiet lane enjoying superb views from Strumble Head peninsula to Porthgain. It provides a superb vantage point from which to track the main birds of passage that pass over the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.The beautiful beach of Ynys Barry is only two miles away.
Caerau Isaf is a traditional stonebuilt semi detached cottage. All the accommodation is situated on the ground floor. Beamed ceilings and quarry tiled floors, keeping some of its original charm and character, the cottage offers deightful accommodation, is comfortably furnished and well equipped.
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. Back door leading to a patio area. Separate Dining room, Leading to Lounge comfortably furnished, featuring a coal burner. Colour TV combined DVD. CD player. Leading through to Sun room with delightful views towards the sea. There is a double futon which can be used to sleep extra persons.
Off the hall there is a family bathroom with electric shower over bath. A separate shower room and two twin bedrooms, both comfortably furnished with pine slatted beds. There is a small den in eves if you want to escape.
Heating is a combination of Oil fired central heating and storage heaters.
